We are looking for two high-calibre existing senior leaders, or potential senior leaders, to lead our work as:

  1. Head of Upper School (Years 9-11)
  2. Lead for our Literacy Strategy (incorporating reading, writing, oracy and disciplinary literacy)

Interview candidates will be expected to explore their pedagogical leadership experiences, knowledge of a mastery-based approach to curriculum design, and ability lead a change management project with lasting impact and efficacy.
