Valley Park School (Maidstone, Kent) is both a highly respected and over-subscribed and we are able to offer an exciting, rarely-available, opportunity for you to join us as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for two high-calibre existing senior leaders, or potential senior leaders, to lead our work as:
- Head of Upper School (Years 9-11)
- Lead for our Literacy Strategy (incorporating reading, writing, oracy and disciplinary literacy)

Interview candidates will be expected to explore their pedagogical leadership experiences, knowledge of a mastery-based approach to curriculum design, and ability lead a change management project with lasting impact and efficacy.
Valley Park School was designated Good by Ofsted in March 2020 and so the right candidate will help to drive the school towards our vision of academic and pastoral excellence.
