Nativity


Thursday 8 December and Monday 12 December at 7:00pm

Some of our Young Farmers’ Club members, Performing Arts scholars and Junior Glee have worked together on this event, and this year a new Nativity play has been commissioned and will be performed at our school farm. It will feature our animals including Dave & Doris the Donkeys, Darren and Desmond the Alpacas, Lambs, Calves and even Bob the Turkey! 

Tickets are free of charge but your cash donations on the evening will be very welcome. The evening also includes mulled wine and mince pies for the adults and other refreshments for the students. To book tickets for this unique event please contact our box office on 01622 656161.


JINGLE BELL ROCK


Tuesday 13 December at 7:30pm

A firm favourite in our seasonal calendar, this event features all your festive favourites including ‘Winter Wonderland’, ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day’ and ‘Merry Christmas Everybody’.  

There will also be performances from Company, our Sixth Form dancers, and Dance Zone, our Key stage three dance group. 

Tickets are £4.00 each and are available from the Arts Resource Centre or by calling the box office on 01622 656161. All proceeds will go to Maidstone Churches Winter Shelter.

 

 

 

 


CHRISTMAS MEAL & WINTER JUMPER DAY

A new whole school event, students should wear school uniform, but substitute their blazer for a ‘winter jumper’ along with a minimum donation of £2.00, which will be donated to Save the Children.

Also on this day, there is the annual Christmas Dinner in the canteen. Price: £2.50 (including a drink!)

 

 


BABES IN THE WOOD


WEDNESDAY 14 DECEMBER 2016 AT 7.00PM

The Year 13 BTEC Performing Arts students present this traditional family pantomime featuring song, dance and plenty of laughter. Starting at the slightly earlier time of 7:00pm to allow younger children to attend, come along to hiss and boo the wicked demon and see if Dame Droopy can ever find Tom and Marian hidden in the wood.

Tickets cost £3.00 for adults and £2.00 for children and are again available from the Arts Resource Centre or the box office.


CAROL SERVICE


Thursday 15 December - 7:30pm- All Saints Church, Maidstone

Featuring performances from our chamber choir Colla Voce, the Senior Choir, Junior Glee, our acapella choir Achord, and our Brass Band as well as readings that tell the story of Christmas, our traditional carol service in the beautiful setting of All Saints Church is the perfect conclusion to our seasonal activities.

Please stay after the service and join us for festive refreshments. Tickets are not required for this event.
